The room was spotless and new-fashioned, had a minibar, a safe, and a kettle. The location was exceptionally nice and I could use free parking on-site. It was located in a very nice area adjacent to the centre of Aix, France and the outskirts of Aix, a reasonable base for me;))

Exceptional service with very helpful staff. Well-equipped and modern room with a luxurious bathroom. Good and decent location near the motorway exit. Really nice restaurants in the local area.

Excellent for children, as they have a grassy area beyond the pool with benches and some play equipment. In the lobby they offer a small area for kids to play video games and read. Hotel bar was great, but not at all a city scene, if that's what you a after. Also, the distance to the center of Aix is NOT walkable, which was a disappointment to us. Rooms were a nice size with plenty of room for a family of four (trundle bed plus queen). We had our breakfast included in the price and were very satisfied with the quality and selection of the meal. Overall, great stay.

The hotel room was spacious and well-lit, with a very cozy bed and a luxurious marble bathroom. the hotel's location was great, just a short distance from Aix city center and a 'Harvester' restaurant, situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of Aix.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Nice quiet hotel, clean and facilities like garden with playground for children, swimming pool, computer access etc.

While there was an English speaking news channel on the T.V. it wasn't possible to get any movies in English. There wasn't any information about the area, Aix etc in the foyer, transport etc.

Enjoyable overall experience. Perfect and exceptionally comfortable venue, decent location near to Novotel Beaumanoir, Aix-en-Provence, and the motorways. Generous and freshly prepared options for breakfast with scrambled eggs bacon & sausages, sausages and fresh fruit.

Location is maybe not really that sexy, but you are with a car very fast in the centre of AIX

I found the room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was excellent although i did not try the hot alternative. The pool a little cold for my liking was clean and the area was kept in good condition. Most importantly the staff were friendly and very approchable. I enjoyed my 4 night stay very much.

Maybe the pool could be a little warmer but that is a personal thing!!

Had a really great stay on our vacation. the room we had was extremely spacious and complete with twin beds. the room included a complimentary bottle of Evian. Enjoyed the lovely buffet breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located for access to the highway if traveling or a short distance to town.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly. The rooms are not very appealing.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, the welcome gift for our 5-year-old boy was a really nice touch, the facilities were excellent (pool, room service, dry cleaning service, etc.), and the room was spotlessly, impeccably clean. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, spacious room, in-room coffee maker, and whatever they do to soundproof the room (dual-paned windows? Insulation?) which made it surprisingly quiet to sleep there all made the stay particularly excellent.

The hotel is not walking distance to the city centre, rather driving distance instead. However, this was fully disclosed on Booked.net, and known ahead of time, so it didn't come as a surprise. We had a car, so it was not a problem. The stay was excellent.

The standard twin room was large and had good air conditioning. the location is decent, close to the town center. Guests can enjoy breakfast the next morning in the area of the rotonde roundabout.
